We had a wonderful trip. The best part were the game drives in Sabi Sand. We loved it! And also the accommodation were great. The hotel staff were so nice. I had to cry when we left because of the kindness of the people. Our kids were also positively in shock of the kindness of all the people. All the African people are so very kind. The Dutch people can learn something from that.

The hotels were very good with AMAZING service - pleasant, efficient and considerate. The lodge owners made us feel very welcome and gave us the feeling of being guests in someone's home.

Everything has been great - we really enjoyed the trip!

I wanted to thank you for putting together an excellent trip. All of the hotels we stayed at were out of this world. The Queen Victoria was perfect, I liked that it was relatively small and the room was beautiful. The staff were all attentive and helpful. Malcolm our tour guide was fun to spend the day with. He was very knowledgeable and we had a great day. It was of course great to meet you and thank you again for the amazing lunch, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Cliff Lodge was a beautiful location and I think we both would have liked an extra day there just to drink it in. Gideon and his staff were wonderful! Also, thank you for asking for the dinner reservation at Kloeks at Home, my word, what a fabulous restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The Conrad was everything we expected and more, again, the staff were wonderful and the accomodations fantastic. We had a wonderful time at Riverbend, what a lovely location. I had only been into the public part of Addo Elephant Park before so it was a treat to get to explore this concession. Elias our guide was so very knowledgeable, we had a good two days with him as our guide. The food was superb and plentiful. Each staff member was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. It was a really good lead up to the main event. Singita Lembombo, what an absolute treat this lodge was. We had their top guide and tracker, Chris & Glass. Their enthusiasm for the country and the animals was a absolute pleasure to experience. Geoffrey, our waiter, was an joy! All the staff at the lodge were attentive, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be around. I would like for you to pass on my sincere thanks to the lodge for the way they prepared for and handled Dave's birthday, they respected the fact he is low key and arranged everything accordingly. We had a perfect day, we could not have asked for more. Finally, thanks to you for putting this all together for us. I can guarantee we will be in touch in the future to arrange some more trips! Pleased to say we had an excellent and trouble free trip, everything worked well, timings were good and the gluten free diets were well looked after. Kambaku Safari was very good and our grandchildren were well received, our guide JJ and tracker Reenius were excellent and enjoyed answering the Boy's questions. We did not see the white lions, but we did see the 'big five' and all our game viewings were spectacular. These included a leopard eating her catch, a steenbok, and watching her carry and store the remainder of her catch up a marula tree. We also observed two young male lions eating and guarding their catch, a giraffe which they had killed, and the growing audience of hyenas and vultures. Our ten year old grandson has had a great interest in the aarvark since he was small and we were all most excited to see one of these elusive creatures on our last evening drive. The Royal Livingstone Hotel was also excellent and lives up to it's five star status and, of course, this stay was all the more special as our daughter spent our first night with us at this splendid hotel. The paperwork for our grandchildren had been carefully prepared and so caused no problems, the main interest was in the birth certificates. Paperwork was checked seven times, starting at Heathrow.
